Large-scale floating power stations in the world are generally built in reservoirs or abandoned coal subsidence areas. Our senior engineers participated in the construction of China's largest floating photovoltaic power station and the structural design of the floating bodies. The support floating bodies of the floating power station usually adopt high-density polyethylene materials, and generally include component floating bodies, operation walkway floating bodies, equipment floating bodies, connection floating bodies, support legs and pressure blocks, as well as fasteners such as bolts and nuts.The floating power station on water surface also includes inverters, photovoltaic panels, cables, box transformers, access roads onshore and cable channels.

Box-type transformer platform
The floating platform of the box-type transformer is an essential equipment for large-scale waterborne floating power stations. Because all string-type inverters on the water surface need to be connected to the nearest step-up transformer. Then they are sent to the grid connection point of the national power grid for grid connection.
