(1) According to the design drawing, according to the size of the construction site and the size of the square into the water, the floating bodies of several components are assembled into strings and arranged on the horizontal field in the same direction in order.

(2) Between adjacent floating bodies, the connecting ears are divided into high and low, matching each other, staggered, and the upper and lower connecting ear holes are one-to-one corresponding, the special bolt is inserted from bottom to bottom, the special nut is locked on the top, the bolt positioning pin is corresponding to the positioning slot of the screw hole, the bolt is smoothly inserted to the root, there is no card group, and the extra stress shall not be borne when tightened.

(3) Install all floating bodies and bolts in the floating body cluster in turn to form a single row floating body cluster. All floats face up, blowholes face up.

floating body small square array assembly

(1) According to the design drawings and the actual deployment of the construction site, all floating bodies are assembled into a small square array on the bank slope site in a certain sequence and direction to prepare for the final entry into the water.

(2) According to the construction deployment, arrange the edge floating body of the first small square array on the slope, and then connect the edge floating body and the component floating body unit with special bolts and nuts.

(3) The floating body around the edges is provided with the north and south anchor supports and the east and west anchor supports. Special bolts and nuts are used to connect and fix the floating body between the anchor supports and the floating body. The floating body without the anchor supports is connected and fixed by special connecting parts.

(4) After connecting the floating body of a row of components with the floating body of a side, install the same row of components, align the middle line of the component with the middle mark of the floating body, closely fit the edge of the component with the press block, the lower border of the component with the fixed bottom plate, and the inner edge of the component with the inner baffle plate of the fixed bottom plate, and then tighten the bolts and nuts on the press block.

(5) During component installation, the positive and negative poles are corresponding to each other according to the drawings, which is ready for the serial connection of subsequent components.

(6) During or after component installation, you can directly install ground cables and jumper cables (DC jumper connectors must not be immersed in water) to reduce subsequent work.

(7) After the installation of the first row of components, assemble the floating unit and components of the second row of components, and install them successively until the assembly of the water array is completed.

(8) The special plastic bolt is inserted from the bottom up, the special nut is locked on the top, the bolt positioning pin is corresponding to the positioning slot of the screw hole, the bolt is smoothly penetrated to the root, there is no card group, and the extra stress shall not be borne when tightened.

(9) All floating bodies face up, and the stomata position faces up.
