Solar floating farm is a solar panel mounting structure that supports solar modules on water surface (such as lakes, reservoirs, and ponds).Solar floating farm can reduce your electricity bill and save your money.
System Components and Materials
A.floaters
Our floaters are made from high density polyethylene.High-density polyethylene material features high corrosion resistance, strong weather resistance and UV aging resistance.
B.Brackets
The material of our brackets is galvanized magnesium-aluminum. This material has excellent corrosion resistance and can prevent rust for up to 25 years.The model of the materials model is S350GD.
C.Bolts,nuts,and washers
Our nuts, bolts and washers are made of 304 stainless steel.
D.The connection method of the floats is plug-in type.
E.Supported solar modules' types
The size of our floats meets the requirements of all the solar modules.

Because it is a modular design, there is no need for large-scale construction machinery. Just assemble the floats and solar modules on the shore.
B.The number of installation workers and work efficiency
Under normal circumstances, a team of 15 people can install 200KW per day.
C.Convenience of operation and maintenance
When solar modules are damaged or need to be cleaned, our structure is very suitable for maintenance personnel to operate conveniently, as there are personnel operation and maintenance walkways. Moreover, the floating body has a buoyancy of 150 kilograms per square meter.
