The 6MW water surface floating project in Laizhou, Shandong Province was led by our company for the survey, design, and was completed with the cooperation of EPC construction. This project adopted our Foner rigid structure design. It adopted a two-row layout mode. Each megawatt of the project can generate 1.3 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually. The design difficulty of this project lies in the changes of water levels during the flood season and the dry season. Therefore, the calculation of the reserve length of the anchor ropes in the anchoring system became the core technical difficulty. Our design personnel consulted the historical water level change patterns of the project site and formulated a reasonable and scientific anchoring system plan according to national standards. Successfully solving this technical problem. The owner highly praised our rigorous working attitude.
Under the circumstances of tight schedule, heavy workload and high technical difficulty, we successfully completed the project construction and achieved grid connection of the power generation unit ahead of schedule.
