For general water surface projects, the following information needs to be understood in the early stage:
1. Whether the land resources bureau has provided the three-survey map and satellite cloud map of the water area to determine the nature of the water area.
2. The ownership of the water surface, lease contract, and contract duration.
3. The available area and the expected annual rent per mu of the water surface.

4. Water depth; Water level changes
5. Distance from the water surface to the nearest grid connection point
6. Does the resource provider have a relationship with the development and reform commission at the county/zone level or higher, and does the grid have such a relationship? Can the resource provider introduce the relevant resources or handle the approval procedures of the aforementioned departments by themselves (and the corresponding returns will also be different)

Among them, items 1.2 and 3 are the core elements of the initial stage.
