Solar panel ballast mounting system is a new solar panel mounting structure.We replaced traditional concrete cement base with water-filled HDPE cavity. This is a world-first new structure developed by us.Welcome to inquire about and purchase this new product.

System Components and Materials
A.HDPE cavity foundation
HDPE cavity foundation is made of high density polyethylene.High-density polyethylene material features high corrosion resistance, strong wind resistance heavy snow load and UV aging resistance.
B.Brackets
The material of our brackets is the same raw material HDPE.This material has excellent corrosion resistance and can prevent rust for up to 25 years.
C.Bolts,nuts,and washers
Our nuts, bolts and washers are made of 316 stainless steel.
D.The connection method of the floats is plug-in type.
E.Supported solar modules' types
The size of our floats meets the requirements of all the solar modules.

Key features and advantages
A.The HDPE cavity is in an empty state during installation, and it is relatively light in weight. It is convenient for transportation and installation.
B.After the installation is completed, water should be injected into the cavity to increase the overall weight, enabling it to resist wind loads and other external forces.
C.When it is necessary to relocate or dismantle, water can be drained out to restore the cavity to its lightweight state.
Installation,operation and maintenance
A.Modular design, on-site installation
Because it is a modular design, there is no need for large-scale construction machinery. Just assemble the HDPE foundation and solar modules on the site.
B.The number of installation workers and work efficiency
Under normal circumstances, a team of 15 people can install 250KW per day.
C.Convenience of operation and maintenance
When solar modules are damaged or need to be cleaned, our structure is very suitable for maintenance personnel to operate conveniently..
