Flat roof solar mounting system contains HDPE cavity,front supporting legs,rear supporting legs,special HDPE bolts and nuts,clamps.It is called Sunflowers series solar panels mounting system.It can applied to concrete cement flat roof and even ground.Adopting this mounting system is more reliable and convenient,saving more labor charge and assembly tools are very simple.HDPE materials are high density polyethylene.It is food grade material which is full friendly to manhood,and has harmony to environment.
Installation guide
A.Assembly accessories: Mainly include HDPE nuts, M8 bolts and accessories, connecting pieces, clamping blocks, etc.
B.Place the counterweight foundation at the designated installation location and support it before installing the photovoltaic modules.
C.After installation, it will be as shown in the following figure:
D.Install the photovoltaic modules one by one and then install the supports.
E.Two front supports and two rear supports have been installed as shown in the following figure:
F.Inflate, increase the weight of the load.
G.Connect the counterweight base by using the counterweight base connection piece to form a matrix.

Application
This HDPE counterweight modules design is inspired by the floating solar system. it uses the HDPE modules cavity as a water filled module. After it is filled with water, its own weight is used as the counterweight with the same function of the concrete counterweights, this design has many advantages such as higher stability, easier mobility, convenient installation, low cost and easy storage and transportation.It can use water or sands as filling materials, the cost varies basing on the fill materials.It can be at the flat roof and flat ground.
