Maintenance of floating solar energy mainly includes the following aspects:
Regular inspection and cleaning:
Check the vacuum tube: Check the vacuum tube regularly for damage or scale accumulation, clean the surface of the vacuum tube, and avoid scratching with hard objects.
Clean the water tank: Clean the inside of the water tank every year, and use a special descaling agent or white vinegar to remove scale.
Clean the surface of the collector: Regularly remove dust and dirt from the surface of the solar collector to keep it clean to improve heat absorption efficiency.
System drainage and pipeline maintenance:
Regular drainage: Regularly drain the system to prevent pipeline blockage and ensure water quality.
Check pipeline connections: Patrol and check whether there is leakage at each pipeline connection point and repair it in time.
Flush the pipeline: Flush the pipeline regularly to prevent scale and impurities from accumulating.
Antifreeze and auxiliary heat source maintenance:
Winter antifreeze: When the temperature is below 0℃ in winter, the flat-plate system should drain the water in the collector; for the forced circulation system equipped with the antifreeze control system function, it is only necessary to start the antifreeze system.
Auxiliary heat source inspection: For the all-weather hot water system equipped with auxiliary heat source, regularly check whether the auxiliary heat source device and the heat exchanger are working properly.
Other maintenance measures:
Check the transparent cover: Regularly check whether the transparent cover is damaged and replace it in time.
Apply protective paint: All brackets, pipes, etc. should be painted with protective paint once a year to prevent rust.
