The floating solar system usually consists of walkway float, equipment float, connection float, support, pressure block, as well as anchor rope, anchor block and anchor pile. Our anchoring design will be made in accordance with the actual terrain of the project and the state of the water area, and will be designed in a practical way. Generally, the parts near the shore adopt anchor piles for anchoring, while other parts adopt sinking anchors. The anchor blocks are made of concrete blocks. The weight of each anchor block is usually 1 ton or 2 tons. Moreover, the setting of anchoring points needs to be designed according to the weight of the photovoltaic panel array.
Anchoring system design and construction
The design of anchoring is project-specific and varies for each project because the specific hydrogeological and climatic conditions of each project are different. Our engineering designers need to conduct the design based on the actual conditions of the specific project site. The anchoring methods are divided into sinking anchors and pile anchors.
